Rodents
Rats and mice are rodents, and their teeth always grow and must be ground frequently, so they will bite things constantly. Many fires are caused by short circuits caused by rats biting on wires. Rats and mice are highly reproductive and like to hang out in sewers, toilets, kitchens, debris piles, garbage dumps and other germ-carrying places, so they often spread diseases to humans. Once a rodent infestation is found at home, take immediate action to eliminate it.
Rodents control methods:
1. Mechanical clamp. This ancient method is still effective, but the safety and reliability are low, and it is not suitable for use in places with pets and children.
2. Metal mouse box. It is often used in the basement, but the effect is poor in winter. Other insects can crawl into the box and eat the rat carcass.
3. Self-adhesive mouse board. This kind of sticky board is cheap and usually placed in rodent-infested area. The success rate for young rats is high, and the adult rat with tentacles
will avoid and escape.
4. Rodenticides. The main ingredient of rodenticides used in North America is anticoagulant, and rats will bleed and die after eating. Only professionals can buy this. Due to long-term use, mice have developed partial resistance to anticoagulant. Most rodenticides used in other countries have toxic chemical components and are not suitable for domestic use. There is also a kind of rodenticide which is plant crude fiber, the rat died of abdominal distension after eating it, this only works in the absence of water.
5. High voltage cage. When the rat enters, it will trigger high voltage and die. Need to change the battery regularly.
